I didn’t wake up this morning until almost 9am, it was glorious!
I got up and did a little bit of work until 10:15 and then got sorted to do my workout. Carrie did hers at 8:30am and did Power Punch so I did too.

Done! This one has two different burpees in it so it sucks a lot.
I foresee Tai Chi in my future.
Uxbridge numbers were reported as 15 today but then went down to 14 later in the day so there must have been a mistake in reporting.
I helped Paige out with understanding her school work just after 11am for about an hour - we went through all the tasks she has to do for the week in school so that she understood. Sophie woke up around noon. We ordered some stuff for summer, if it ever comes, on Ivivva today online. The girls could order shorts, t-shirts and tank tops and we would pay for them but any long pants, sweaters they would have to order a bigger size and pay half if they wanted them. Paige ended up owing $84 and Sophie $64.
At 1pm I had a webinar I wanted to watch on finances and when I was done Jay and I went into town to pick up his car from the shop because he was getting his tires changed out for his summers. Hopefully it doesn’t snow again but who knows! While I was in town I drove around some sheets and picked up gowns and dropped to Butternut and contacted Reachview the third long term care facility in town and they would like 50 gowns so the ladies have a little more sewing to do.
Jim dropped off some craft stuff for the girls when I was out so when I came home they were doing some painting.
I came inside and found a whole box! I’m not sure why Jim even HAS this stuff?!?
Paige, when they were done painting, came in and wanted to start one of her projects for school. She has to record herself doing something she enjoys and create an iMovie on it so she asked if she could make more Macarons today.
Once we finished with the Macarons I got dinner ready. I opened up an Old Flame Red and took a picture because every time Jay opens and Old Flame beer he comments on how much he loves that its full and a little bit of foam and beer comes out of the opening.
I sent Trev a picture of our dinner and told him we miss him. He said he misses us too and his dinner wasn’t nearly as good. I told him the third steak there is for Paige and she misses him too but not as much as she likes his steak.
During dinner she put this sign on his chair.
I sent him the photo and he said “RIP? I’m still here!” I replied “Kinda”.
Saw this meme and liked it - its so true.
The girls got to work with Jim’s paints for their sign to thank essential and front line workers.
While they painted I popped Paige’s Macarons into the oven for 17 minutes at 280.
They got a lot done and worked well together.
Until they didn’t. Then we made them go inside and get in the shower with the typical fight about not needing a shower and the typical reminder of when they last had a shower and then an insistence that they get in the shower and finally them getting in the shower. Good times, happens twice a week - don’t judge us, judge them for being filthy animals.
When they came back out Paige finished up her video and tomorrow she’ll do some editing. The Macarons are fully assembled. They’re a little doughy, they were better last time. I said to Paige that if she wants to make them again we should go and get actual almond flour so I just added it to my next PC Express order which is on April 30th.
It’s 11pm and the girls are totally wired.
Today’s numbers, we’ll be over 2.5M tomorrow with the US at over 800,000.
