Its time to get physical - I haven’t done a workout since before we left for Florida. I was sick for several weeks in Feb, and still have a cough, so I only went twice from being sick to when we left for Florida so really its been almost all of Feb and all of March. This is going to hurt.
Carrie helped to sign me up for MyCurves on Demand, an app based video library of 30 minute workouts that I can do from home with just a band (I bought that from Carrie too) and a yoga mat. So I got myself organized and Carrie and I did our workout at the same time, about 9:30am. As I was setting up I realized that I didn’t have a yoga mat downstairs, Jay says none of them made it through storage, they disintegrated, so I don’t have one. So I quickly posted on Uxbridge Pay it Forward FB page asking if anyone has a yoga mat and now I have one, for free, for tomorrow from a lovely resident of Uxbridge who wasn’t using theirs anymore.
I did the 30 min workout, not really expecting too much of it, but it was a good workout, made me sweat and got my heart rate up. A few hiccups with the tension band, 30 seconds is not really enough time to get yourself sorted with the band, in position, do the exercise and then finish and move into another position but I did the best I could.
After work out I did some work, emailed a client, had a chat, did a webinar on Consumer Trends, went and picked up and dropped off more sheets from donors to sewers. Got home to a major meltdown by Paige on Homeschooling Day 1. Fun times.
Jay has 3 garden beds ready and has a delivery later today of soil.
We have the first few gowns ready! These are two of my lovely sewers!!
